CoRoom is a platform that helps students find roommates and shared housing. By using CoRoom, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

2. No payments on the platform. CoRoom does not process rent, deposits, or any payments. Any financial arrangement is strictly between users, off-platform, at their own risk.

3. Accurate information. Listings and profiles must be truthful. Fake listings or impersonation may result in account suspension.

4. Respectful conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users is not tolerated and may result in a permanent ban.

5. No liability. CoRoom is a matchmaking platform only. We do not inspect properties, verify identities beyond what is stated on this site, or guarantee the outcome of any arrangement made between users. Always exercise caution — see our Safety Tips page.

6. Account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, including in response to user reports.

7. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CoRoom means you accept the current version.
